Pressure Cold Cathode UV Germicidal Lamps
Cold cathode germicidal lamps are instant utilizing a large cylindrical
cathode instead of a coil filament.Due to this construction, the lamps are
not adversely affected by frequent start and the life is considerably in
excess of other lamp types. Cold cathode germicidal lamps have favorable
operating characteristics and maintain a high ultraviolet transmission throughout
life even at reduced temperature. They are, therefore, widely used in walk-in
refrigerators and holding rooms. Cold cathode UV lamps are well suited to
disinfection of air and surface of unoccupied areas due to their long life
and low depreciation. Cold cathode germicidal lamps are also employed in
application where frequent start is a requirement.

U shape circular shape cold cathode UV germicidal lamps are available. Custom
designed cold cathode UV germicidal lamps are available.
